What is Piles?

Piles or Hemorrhoids are known as the inflammation in blood vessels of the anal tract, which occurs due to obesity, constipation, pregnancy, weakening of the rectus muscles, sitting in the toilet for a long time, lack of fibrous diet and liquid intake, diarrhea, etc.

The external or internal hemorrhoids are considered as two types of piles. These types are present in the body or every person, but when they get enlarged, they are referred to as abnormal. Internal hemorrhoids are less painful because they belong to the intestines nerve fibers. But the external hemorrhoid is painful because they extend beyond the anus, and bleeding occurs during solid stools.

The fissure is known as the tear or cuts in the anal area, which causes more pain. The fissure is recognized when the stool does not pass quickly, and chronic constipation happens, and the patient tries to stretch and puts pressure on its sphincter muscles.

If proper medication is given with liquid and diet rich fibers, the fissure can be curable within weeks. But if more stress and pressure is put on the sphincter muscles, it can become more miserable and may cause bleeding and release of the pus.
